I was responsible for planning and implementing the Hero Half Marathon Marketing campaign from May 2016- October 2016. The Hero Half Marathon Instagram account was a large part of the campaign to encourage young runners in Northwest Arkansas to participate. I used the account to update followers on price increases, t-shirt designs, course route, blog posts about beneficiaries, etc. I also wanted to create a philanthropic feel to get across the race motto of “Run for your Hero.” I created all graphics for the account in Adobe Illustrator.
I grew their Instagram account from 0 followers in May 2016 to 368 followers in October 2016.
