I was responsible for planning and implementing the Hero Half Marathon Facebook marketing campaign from May 2016- October 2016. I planned mosts to coordinate with the Hero Half Marathon Instagram account. I wanted to create a philanthropic and fun feel that would encourage people to participate. The race team came up with the slogan “Run for your Hero.” I continually had that slogan in mind when creating graphics in Adobe Illustrator and coming up with texts for posts. I aimed to post 4-5 times a week about race updates, beneficiary news, and motivating running images.
I grew the account by 18% in 6 months while keeping a 4.9/5.0 star rating.
